Miranda P.1 year ago***Review for Mazda Service Department***I bought my Mazda3 in Florida but recently moved back to the area. Mirazda (as I call her) was due for a 30,000 mile check-up so I took her here for a tire rotation, (synthetic) oil change and inspection. No appointment necessary for the express service dept, which must employ former NASCAR pit crews because they did the job in less than 30 minutes.You know how you're always afraid car places are going to upsell you on things you don't need? Not today. They said my air filter was still really good and nowhere near time for a replacement. Total cost came to $82 but reduced to $67 with the 15% off synthetic oil change coupon I printed from their website. Oh and they also gave me a coupon for a free full service car wash at Bob's Car Wash, which I'm waiting on right now. Always check the Vic Bailey Mazda website for coupons before you come in for car service. I'll definitely come back when it's time for more Mazda maintenance!

Salesman Jeff Smith is friendly and fair. If all car salesmen were like him people would say someone behaved like a car salesperson and mean it as a compliment. 5 very enthusiastic stars!!!
