If you are searching for your next sedan, you may have stumbled across both the 2018 Mazda6 and the 2018 Toyota Camry. These two popular vehicles have often been fierce competitors, and now we once again pit them against each other in an effort to see which one pulls ahead of the other.
In order to do this, we’ve taken some available technology and comfort features and the starting MRSP of each vehicle to compare it to the other. You should also note that, while the 2018 Mazda6 and the 2018 Toyota Camry each have 5 trims, we’ve taken all of our information from the lowest trim of each. That means you are seeing the pricing and features of the 2018 Mazda6 Sport with the 2.5 I4 engine, and the 2018 Toyota Camry L with the 2.5L I4 engine. Now, let’s take a look at what types of features you can expect to see on each vehicle.
As you can see in the table above, the 2018 Mazda6 has a lower starting MRSP* than the 2018 Toyota Camry. While price isn’t everything, it can play a heavy role in some shoppers car buying decisions, as does technology and comfort features. The 2018 Mazda6 Sport trim has an Automatic Climate Control, which comes standard for this trim, as well as optional navigation. Neither of these features are available on the 2018 Toyota Camry L.
